I am a Christian and I am a Therapist. I try to see people the way God sees them. God has given every person unique and intrinsic value. When we come to understand how valuable we are we can begin to understand the root of our identity and begin a life of greater purpose.

There are many circumstances and obstacles that work to prevent us from realizing our identity which robs us of our sense of value. Stresses, unhealthy habits, past wounds, relationship problems, illnesses like anxiety and depression often leave us lost, hurting, and confused. Like a thousand piece puzzle thrown on the floor we no longer see how the pieces of our life fit together. Healing and even hope can seem out of reach.

With principles of the Christian faith and the application of scientifically founded therapeutic models you no longer have to fight alone. Wherever you are on your journey, I am willing to meet you there, without judgment. Together we will will work towards your renewed relationship with God, yourself, and others that leads to a path of healing, hope, and freedom.
